Real-Key Property Management was founded in April 2022 when Andrew Raplenovic recognized the real need to support aspiring real estate investors in managing their properties effectively while fostering growth in their investment portfolios. His vision propelled the establishment of a reliable property management company dedicated to providing top-notch services tailored to the unique needs of each client, setting a new standard in the industry.

Our History
Andrew’s career in Property Management began in 2018 in Newmarket, Ontario. There, he played a pivotal role in his team's successful attainment of the ACMO 2000 Certification for Condominium Management. In 2020, Andrew relocated to Sault Ste Marie, embarking on a new chapter collaborating with the seasoned professional, Bill Vanderleest, known for his dual expertise as a licensed Realtor and a property manager. Working closely with Bill, Andrew honed his skills in navigating the intricacies of the landlord-tenant board, overseeing Property Maintenance, and fostering strong Client/Tenant relationships. Even to this day, Bill Vanderleest remains an esteemed member of the Real-Key Property Management team, extending his support through valuable advice, handling after-hours calls, and representing during Landlord Tenant Board hearings when necessary.
Our Community
Our team is proud to collaborate with a variety of prominent local employers, including Algoma Steel, Tenaris, The Sault Area Hospital, and our local educational institutions Sault College, and Algoma University, leveraging these partnerships to secure the most suitable tenants for each property under our management. Recognizing that our tenants are a direct representation of our relationship with property owners, we prioritize the meticulous selection of individuals who align with our clients' preferences and uphold the standards we strive to maintain.
Since our inception, we have diligently cultivated relationships with skilled local contractors who dedicate themselves to promptly resolving any maintenance concerns that may arise within our rental units. We strongly believe that by engaging local contractors, we not only ensure the timely upkeep of our properties but also contribute to the overall development and prosperity of Sault Ste Marie, benefiting both the community and our valued clients.
